Carter Wellington recently assisted in the coordination of a large recruitment campaign on behalf of our client Dr Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This Saudi Arabian hospital group is one of the Middle East’s largest and longest established with extensive facilities across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. Hospitals hold the prestigious accreditation with the Joint Commission International of the USA ensuring that all hospitals and clinics provide American standards of facilities, technology and personnel and high quality medical care.
It’s exciting that Dr Sulaiman al Habib Medical Group is expanding and constructing three new hospitals in Saudi Arabia. The addition of these new hospitals will undoubtedly provide much-needed capacity to the country’s healthcare infrastructure and offer opportunities for medical and healthcare professionals.

The aim was to attract and engage with suitably qualified and experienced consultant specialists interested in exploring career opportunities with the largest private hospital network in the Kingdom. Working with an organization in a different country can also present unique challenges, including navigating cultural differences and potential language barriers.
