On 21 February, Carter Wellington met our Saudi Arabian client, Dr Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group, in London, UK. This gave us the opportunity to once again meet (L-R) Mr. Ifthikar Mohamed Fazmil and Prof. Abdullah Al Herbish, pictured here presenting Mr. Nick Hays, our Executive Director, with an excellence award for our recruitment efforts.
It’s exciting that Dr Sulaiman al Habib Medical Group continues to expand to fulfill the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030. The commissioning of two new hospitals in 2024 undoubtedly provides much-needed capacity to the country’s healthcare infrastructure and offers opportunities for medical and healthcare professionals. Furthermore, many new facilities are in the pipeline in 2025 and beyond, with the demand for consultant medical staff continuing to grow.
A Solid Partnership
Prof. Al Herbish presented the current vision of the Habib Medical Group which was highly informative and clearly demonstrated both their ambition and associated demand for assistance in workforce recruitment. Discussions focused on the importance of communication and transparency in a highly competitive and volatile market. We also had the opportunity to present a number of healthcare consultants for consideration for upcoming roles.
