Full-time (Salary + Equity) & Part-time (Hourly)
Recruitment Partner: Carter Wellington
Location: Fully Remote, U.S.-based only (must be physically in the U.S.)
The Opportunity
Carter Wellington is partnering with a fast-scaling, nationwide digital health practice delivering accessible, insurance-based care across all 50 states. If you’re a mission-driven Internal Medicine or Family Medicine clinician who thrives in telehealth and loves smart tooling (AI clinical intake, scribe tech, streamlined ops), this is your next move.
You’ll provide video and chat care across urgent, primary, and chronic conditions, supported by an operations team that handles referrals, orders, care coordination, and other non-clinical tasks. You focus on medicine; they handle the admin.
Why This Role
- Impact at scale: Help expand access to high-quality outpatient care nationwide.
- Tech-enabled practice: AI-assisted intakes and documentation so you spend more time with patients.
- Clinical variety: Urgent care, primary care, chronic disease, with specialist input available within 24 hours.
- Fully remote: Flexible shift blocks with a modern, collaborative team.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality care via Zoom video visits and asynchronous chat.
- Use AI-assisted clinical intake/scribe tools to drive efficient, patient-centred decisions.
- Document in Athena; collaborate on Slack; manage patient messaging via Zendesk; complete follow-ups in Retool.
- Partner with operations to close the loop on orders, referrals, and labs.
- Practice within defined shift windows (see Schedule) and uphold exceptional “webside” manner.

Full-time: $160,000–$200,000 base (DOE) + equity
Part-time: Hourly (or per-visit until broader licensure achieved)
Licensing Support: Provided for part-timers who commit to minimum weekly hours and for full-timers expanding state coverage.
