Position Overview

As a Family Physician, you will provide comprehensive primary healthcare to a well-established and growing patient population while working alongside three experienced Family Physicians in a modern, supportive clinic environment.

The practice offers strong administrative support, allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Develop individualised treatment and preventative healthcare plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic investigations
  • Deliver preventative health screening and patient education
  • Coordinate care with specialists and allied health professionals
  • Maintain accurate and compliant electronic medical records
  • Participate in collaborative patient care within a multidisciplinary environment

Qualifications

  • Medical Degree (MD or equivalent)
  • Eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
  • Completion of recognised Family Medicine training
  • Certification suitable for independent practice in Ontario
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient-centred, collaborative approach to medicine
