Position Overview
As a Family Physician, you will provide comprehensive primary healthcare to a well-established and growing patient population while working alongside three experienced Family Physicians in a modern, supportive clinic environment.
The practice offers strong administrative support, allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualised treatment and preventative healthcare plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic investigations
- Deliver preventative health screening and patient education
- Coordinate care with specialists and allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate and compliant electronic medical records
- Participate in collaborative patient care within a multidisciplinary environment
Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or equivalent)
- Eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Completion of recognised Family Medicine training
- Certification suitable for independent practice in Ontario
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-centred, collaborative approach to medicine
