Position Overview
As a Family Physician in Windsor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional, compassionate care to a broad and dynamic patient base. You’ll be supported by a forward-thinking, team-oriented clinic environment that values collaboration and career development.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and develop comprehensive care plans

Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging

Prescribe evidence-based treatments and provide follow-up care

Offer preventative care, health education, and lifestyle counseling

Work closely with specialists and other healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation

Stay current with evolving best practices and medical advancements
Qualifications

MD or equivalent from a recognized medical institution

Valid CPSO license (or eligibility to obtain one in Ontario)

Completed residency in family medicine or related specialty

Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills
