We are seeking a skilled Deployment Engineer to join their growing team. The Role
As a Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for translating customer requirements into fully designed wired and wireless networks. You will lead all technical decisions throughout the design and deployment phases and support customers through network turn-up and validation. Your work will have a direct impact on the performance, reliability, and scalability of the company’s network deployments, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design performant and resilient wired and wireless networks using advanced in-house toolkits and methodologies.
- Lead technical decisions during all design and deployment stages, ensuring high-quality outcomes through network go-live and validation.
- Support network turn-up by troubleshooting critical devices and ensuring seamless functionality across systems.
- Conduct on-site installation support as needed, particularly for complex customer environments, ensuring successful deployment and handover.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, sales engineers, and product engineering teams to enhance deployment processes and future product designs.
Ideal Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in network design or Tier 2/3 technical support.
- Proven background in a customer-facing technical role such as Network Engineer, Network Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Support Lead.
- Experience translating customer requirements into scalable and high-performing network solutions.
- Strong knowledge of wired and wireless network topologies and deployment strategies.
- Expertise in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting across diverse environments.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP for wired networking, or CWMP/CWNE for wireless specialization.
