About the Role
As part of the Agent Engineering team, you will have complete ownership and creative freedom to design, build, and deploy world-class AI agents. You’ll be responsible for bringing ideas from concept to production, experimenting with advanced models, and integrating scalable solutions that directly enhance customer satisfaction and business performance. What you’ll do
- Design and build AI agents capable of managing complex, real-world customer interactions with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency.
- Collaborate directly with global customers to understand challenges, define solutions, and deliver results that enhance user engagement and retention.
- Identify emerging trends across client implementations to help shape the evolution of the AI platform.
- Experiment with state-of-the-art text and voice models, evaluating their performance and integrating them at scale with enterprise-grade systems.
- Continuously iterate on existing agents to improve performance, adaptability, and scalability.
Who you are
- A technically strong engineer with experience in AI model integration, NLP, or conversational AI.
- Driven by problem-solving and passionate about creating elegant solutions to complex challenges.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where experimentation and iteration are encouraged.
- Experienced in building scalable systems that impact large user bases.
