We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Paediatric ICU Consultant to join our clients prestigious healthcare facility based outside Riyadh. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered clinical care within the specialty area.
- Provide expert consultations and lead multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and trainees.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
- Stay updated on advancements in the field and integrate evidence-based practices.
- Contribute to departmental strategy and development.
Requirements
Qualifications- Western training: American Board/ UK CCT/ Australia or NZ Royal College Fellowship/ Western European Specialisation Board.
Experience: 3 to 5 years' post board or specialisation certification experience depending on country of origin to qualify for Consultant with the Saudi Council
Licensure: Eligibility for registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) at Consultant level.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Arabic is necessary.
Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative approach to team leadership.
