Carter Wellington is representing an organisation who are building the operational backbone that powers internet infrastructure deployments at scale.
We’re looking for an Operations Associate to help us scale from hundreds to thousands of deployments by driving structured, high-volume workflows across internal teams, ISPs, field technicians, vendors, and building stakeholders.
This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who is obsessively detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable. You should enjoy structured operational work, take pride in producing clean and accurate outputs, and be motivated by making complex systems run smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll do
- Process and triage structured work requests from internal teams
- Prioritize work based on SLA urgency and proactively clear blockers
- Manage ISP circuit procurement, fulfillment, and coordination with third parties
- Create work orders using wired and wireless design inputs
- Coordinate Meter equipment ordering and shipping logistics
- Schedule site surveys and installations with field technician partners
- Manage building access requirements, including COIs
- Validate completed field work using internal documentation
- Maintain clean documentation and reliable handoffs across teams
- Flag recurring issues and identify ways to improve workflows over time
What we’re looking for
- 1–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or workflow execution roles
- Experience managing structured, high-volume workflows involving vendors, partners, or third parties
- Background in areas like logistics, real estate operations, fintech ops, title/escrow, telecom, ISP, or similar operational environments
- Strong written communication and high attention to detail
- Accurate, reliable high-volume data processing skills
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools
- Curious, proactive, and able to solve problems before escalating

Additional requirements
- Must be based in the Greater Phoenix Area, Arizona
- Must be able to work in office 5 days per week
- Must be open to shift coverage, including some nights and weekends
