We are seeking a motivated and proactive Client Solutions Associate with 1–4 years of experience to join their dynamic team in Bangalore.
About the Role
As a Client Solutions Associate, you will play a key role in connecting clients with experts for interview-based research projects. You will manage these engagements end-to-end from understanding client goals to identifying the right experts, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of projects, build strong relationships with leading venture capital firms and startups, and contribute directly to a platform that empowers businesses with actionable insights.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and match experts to clients for interview-based research projects, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
- Communicate with clients and experts throughout the project lifecycle to ensure progress and quality outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from client onboarding to expert recruitment and scheduling.
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients and experts to improve research outcomes and maintain a high-quality expert network.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams, sharing insights that help enhance the platform’s performance and user experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of professional experience, ideally in a startup or customer success environment.
- Strong understanding of different industries and professional roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- A proactive, independent problem-solver who thrives with ownership and accountability.
- A growth-oriented mindset with optimism and the confidence to take on ambitious goals.
- Ability to work hybrid in Bangalore three times per week.
