About the Role

As a Network Support Engineer, you will diagnose and resolve tough problems across the full network stack, shape product direction with actionable feedback, and sharpen your skills in environments that demand creativity and precision. This is a step deeper into engineering, with direct influence on how next-generation networks are designed, built, and supported.
What You’ll Do
You will troubleshoot and resolve issues spanning every layer of the network stack. You will manage and support complex customer networks remotely. You will identify and escalate bugs with clear reproduction steps. You will propose feature requests informed by real customer needs. You will create documentation that speeds up resolution across the team.
Who You Are
You are a versatile networking expert, fluent in wireless, security, WAN/LAN, routing, DNS, and more. You have a proven ability to navigate complex technical challenges, using a methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving. You are calm under pressure, resilient in the face of shifting priorities, and able to deliver results in fast-paced environments. You are passionate about continuous learning, always building technical depth and eager to explore new technologies and methodologies. You are a collaborative communicator who works well with peers and customers alike, translating technical detail into clear, actionable solutions. You are customer-focused, motivated by improving the network experience and delivering outcomes that simply work.
