Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelors degree in Nursing.
    • Masters degree in Nursing or a related health field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing experience.
    • At least 2 years in a nursing leadership role.
  • Professional Involvement:

    • Active participation in or leadership of an improvement project or initiative.
  • Licensing:

    • Valid nursing license from the home country.
  • Skills:

    • Ability to motivate and set standards for team performance.
    • Demonstrated accountability for self and team members

  1. Leadership:

    • Manage daily operations of the nursing department.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff.
  3. Project Participation:

    • Lead or co-lead improvement initiatives.
    • Encourage and support team involvement in projects.
  4. Communication:

    • Maintain open lines of communication with staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team.
  5. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and organize development programs for staff.
    • Mentor and support the professional growth of team members.
